Room to rent

Hi,

My spare room is available to rent. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. I will also accept a Monday-friday or desired day and adjust the cost PM as well (less).

The room is fully furnished. It has bedsides, chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe and ottoman bed. The room has recently been redecorated as well. Also a TV in the room.

The kitchen has a dining table. There's a back garden with tablet set.

Off road parking also available on the driveway.

I myself rented rooms for 5 years before owning a property and have rented the room out since owning.

I am out going and bubbly person, love football and go to a lot of away days when we are again allowed.
