Room in lovely East Boldon house

Hello! I have a room available in a lovely East Boldon house with excellent metro access (3 minute walk to metro, 19 mins direct to Newcastle, 8 mins to Sunderland)

I am a live-in landlord but very often work away so you will regularly have the whole house to yourself. I have a double loft room available and a furnished property with newly refurbished bathroom, sitting room and dining room. A quiet street in a gorgeous and safe area close to village shops.

Very flexible move in date from the New Year. The house is available short term (4-6 months, but flexible) in the first instance with the possibility to extend.
