Double room with a twist

Hi I’m Liam, I’m a professional male looking to share my household with the right person, the right person will be someone clean and someone that has pride in their living area.

The room up for grabs is a double room in a well located area, there’s a Aldi approx 200m along the road, a shop literally across the street, Fawdon metro is 300m down the road, and has plenty links into central Newcastle and so forth, Gosforth high street is 1 mile from the property, this has a good mix of bars, shops and restaurants.

There’s a garden with a shed, a large living room and decent size kitchen, and 2 double rooms (one of which is mine obviously) a bathroom and loft space (storage only really) on street parking outside the house in a quite street with friendly neighbours who won’t bother you or complain with late night loud music.

I am away with work quite a lot so to be honest the house would essentially be yours to yourself during the week, I would be back on weekends but it won’t be every weekend and ill give notice of when ill be back in advance. I expect someone to be respectful and I’m in no rush to fill the space as I’d rather find the right person I can trust in my home considering I have belongings there aswell.

No smoking or vaping indoors, no pets (negotiable depending on pet) furnished home but if you have your own furnishings things can be arranged to create space for them no problem, I’m a pretty easy going person and not looking for someone to just take the piss hence why asking for the right person. A respectful clean person.
