I'm looking to rent my spare room out in a lovely quiet street in Felling. The room is at the back of the house and gets a lot of sun. The house has a driveway and an enclosed back garden.
I have a 9 month old puppy. She is very sociable so I would be open to having another sociable dog in the house.
I'm an early to bed early up kinda person these days. But as an ex raver I'm open to whatever lifestyle you have as long as you try not to wake me up.
The room currently has single glazed windows but ive got double glazing replacement booked for September.
If you are interested in the room but need it to be furnished get in touch and I might be able to furnish for you. The room would cost an additional £50 per month if furnished.
As a non-binary person it would be important that whoever takes the room is either part of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally.
I would charge an additional 80 per month for a couple.
I would charge an additional 20 per month for a dog.
