I have a furnished double room available in my quiet, friendly home located in Fenham, Newcastle. There is also another room which is included, this could be used as a private sitting room or study. The main room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, and desk, and you’ll have access to a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.

The rent is £700.00 per month, which includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, and council tax).
Ideally, I’m looking for a respectful and tidy housemate. I enjoy a friendly atmosphere and would love to share with someone who appreciates a peaceful home environment.

The flat is conveniently located near public transport and local shops, making it easy to get around.
