I was going to stay here for the next academic year but have now decided I will be working from home instead of student accommodation, this meaning I must find someone to take over my contract here.

I stayed here last year and it was a good experience. Very helpful staff and basically everything I needed, laundrette, 10 min bus into city centre and nearby shops etc

This en-suite is an amazing price and is currently sold out completely on the website cloud student homes website. I’ll honestly be suprised if you can find an en-suite at this price anywhere in Newcastle with the quality of here. It is also recently refurbished so is a really nice room.

There is one bed in the room, a private bathroom, desk and wardrobe, all the essentials you need in student accommodation.

I have not moved in to the flat so you cannot view the flat, I was in another flat at this same accommodation. The pictures provided are pictures from the website of the accommodation. Only message me if you are genuinely serious about taking over this tenancy as I need it taken over asap.
