Need a flatmate for a house asap

Hi, I have a holding deposit for a really nice flat in North Fenham but my current flatmate has had to pull out last min. It's partly furnished and there is a bed (no mattress) but that can be moved if you have your own furniture. I have cat so other cats are welcome but no other animals (sorry). Please have either a landlord reference, a full time job or a guarantor that makes over £20,000pcm.

I have good boundaries and can keep my space tidy, I like to have my alone time but am also up for meeting new people socialising etc. Need to get this sorted literally asap if you need a place to live and this sounds like a good fit, give me a message. I can send videos of the place over whatsapp
