Hello! I am currently living in a 3 bedroom house in Fenham and I am renting out one of the rooms (the third is currently used as a workspace/ storage area). The property is large and spacious with a separate living room and dining area, utility room, garden and garage. Parking is available on the driveway. The room is fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobes and set of drawers.

You will be living with myself, a 28 year old professional working full time Monday - Friday in an office. I have two cats and so the occupant must be ok living with cats and not allergic. Female occupants preferred.
