This is a bright and spacious room on the Ground floor. This room is carpeted, fully furnished and also contains an en-suite shower room with an enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.

The ground floor comprises of a large entrance hall with a modern feel. It leads to the first bedroom, second bedroom and also the very large kitchen. The kitchen has been designed thoughtfully with two induction hobs and extractor hoods, two electric ovens, three fridge/freezers and a dishwasher. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and utensils. There is laminate flooring throughout the ground floor hallways and kitchen.

The hallway stairs take you up to the next floor which consists of a further four bedrooms, the stairs are carpeted as well as the bedrooms on this floor.
