Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in a modern 2 bed apartment in Forest Hall. The apartment briefly comprises of:

- Two double bedrooms (one en suite)
- Balcony
- Secure gated building with CCTV

The room on offer is spacious, bright and free to make it your own and you'd have the family bathroom to yourself. Bills are included within the monthly fee.

The house is located in the middle of forest hall, near the local shops (pharmacy/post office/takeaways), and a 5-minute walk to Benton Metro. There is off street parking with your own car parking space and regular bus connections.

The area is perfect for anyone working at Benton Park View, the Freeman Hospital, and Quorum and Baliol Business Parks - although suitable for people working in the city centre too.

I am a friendly and laid back person, who likes meeting new people, going out for drinks/meals, and also cooking . I enjoy relaxing around the house and would be looking for someone who's up for the odd craft lager, cooking together, and chill night in.

I am from the local area so I am very familiar with the surroundings. I now work as a Project Manager for a marine company. I work full time Monday to Friday with occasional international travel (Pre COVID). Therefore you are guaranteed plenty of your own space and chill time.
