Amazing Room For Rent

Hi i'm Stu,

I have a room to rent in a spacious flat in Forest Hall, truthfully the room is between a double and a single room. Bills and amenities incl. The flat is furnished, I have just moved in so forgive the state of the pictures. The room that is for rent is the picture with the gym equipment. I will move the equipment out. The flat is spacious in a quiet location. There is a metro that is a five minute walk away. Local shops, pubs and parks. The neighbourhood is quiet, there is a bus stop directly outside the flat.

I am clean, tidy, to myself. Open to any type of roommate in all honesty. I keep my flat clean, I would probably keep it cleaner if I had someone else in here. I want someone in because I could imagine myself and my lifestyle turning into a middle aged hippy woman's with a house full of quirky ornaments and bead doors otherwise.
