Hi I’m a PhD student, and myself and my partner have a furnished spare room available from 13th April in our home in Palmersville just a 10 minute walk away from the metro station.

The room comes fully furnished, and you’ll have access to the rest of the house, which is also fully equipped with everything you need.

Rent is £495 which includes all bills (utilities, WiFi) - this may vary for a couple
Furnished double bedroom
Shared living spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
Open-ended stay – no fixed-term contract

We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and respectful of a shared home environment.

Important: We do have a cat, so this wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with allergies or who isn’t comfortable around pets.
