Bright Spacious Double Room in Family Home

A lovely sunny room in a big house with period features, in an nice area of Newcastle, 2 minutes from Benton Metro station. Room is on the ground floor, where there is a large, newly fitted dining kitchen and shared living room. There is also a toilet and shower on this floor, only occasionally used by the other occupants as there is a family bathroom on the first floor. You would be living alongside myself and my 3 children - ages 13, 11 and 7 years. The children will be there for approx half of each week, as they spend the rest of the time at their Dad's. Facilities available: washing machine, wireless broadband. There is a sunny decked area at the back of the house and a garden at the front. Clearly, this is not a house where people party into the early hours! We're fairly early to bed and early up in the mornings. If you think this might suit you, please get in touch!
