Luisa (38) Nurse, likes a sociable house but respects others privacy. Is frequently out of town as job takes her around UK.
Lauren (25) works in Marketing, likes socialising, Netflix, eating & drinking
Jana (30) works in retail, loves yoga and keeping fit

Superb transport links, we're right round the corner from Coatsworth road where the 53/54 bus runs every 10 minutes taking you into Gateshead and Newcastle centre. Coatsworth Rd itself is a busy street with plenty of shops, bars, takeaways there's a 24hr Tesco about 5 min walk and the award winning Saltwell Park is about a 10 min walk in other direction.
About You:
Ideally a professional Male aged 25-40 just to balance things out. Likes to cook and socialise with housemates. Honest and trustworthy. Must be clean and tidy and at the very least clean up after yourself.
When Can I Move In?!!?
The room is available from Sunday 12th May.
Any other costs???
As this is our family home so you can avoid any nasty agency fees but we will be credit and reference checking every potential tenant at a cost of £15 per person. We also require £400 as a deposit and the rent is paid in advance every month.
