I'm moving abroad so looking to find a flat mate to replace me in our lovely flat in Gateshead along the Quayside. The flat will be available from May 5th/6th and you'd be sharing the flat with a lovely Greek guy named Spyros!
There is a £450 security deposit and the letting agency in charge of the property requires you to complete an online referencing process.
The PER PERSON breakdown on a MONTHLY basis looks like this:
• £410 (Rent)
• £82 (Council Tax)
• £13 (Hyper Optic Broadband)
• £10 (Water)
• £?? (Electricity - No idea what it will be after the rise!)
Excluding Electricity, it comes to around £515.
THE PROPERTY:
The property is a modern 2-bedroom flat. The available room is a large, fully-furnished double room.
Whilst the room isn't technically an en-suite, the room opposite is a bathroom with bath that will double as your bathroom and the guest bathroom.
There is a large bright living room with a huge, comfy leather couch and large flatscreen TV. The kitchen comes with a large fridge/freezer, oven/grill with electric hobs, and a dishwasher (which we never use)
There is also a decent sized balcony that gets plenty of sun whenever it decides to visit.
There is an additional storage area with a washer/dryer combo.
There is a garage under the flat where we have a reserved parking space. (We don't drive so it's all yours or can be rented out)
The area is a short walk from both the Gateshead High Street and Newcastle City Centre.
