Bedroom available, pets welcome, smoker welcome, Internet, water, elclecteic, heating included 150 a month for one person if couple it is 230 a month. We have two cats, they have grown up with dogs so dogs are welcome as long as they have met cats before or you know they will get used to them in time. All pets are welcome but if you have spiders please be understanding I have a phobia of them so please have their cage in your room. In process of getting new carpets down and redecorating but you can still move in in the process of this. First months rent upfront.
