-flat comes with one parking space in multistory carpark which i use. However the current tennant and i rent another space for £25 per month (£50 in total but we split the cost) which would still be available if you needed.
-All kitchen utilities including dishwasher, fridge freezer, and cooking utensils included.
-Situated in gateshead quayside, 10-15 minute walk into newcastle city centre.
-Great transport links.
-5 minute walk to gateshead metro/bus station
-Bills to be split 50/50 approximately cost £130 per month.
-I am clean tidy and laidback person looking for a likeminded flatmate. I am a dentist who works full time Monday-friday and like to enjoy the weekends.
