The rent is £89.76wk including bills paid monthly £389 Wifi and a cleaner in the communal areas included in the rental cost.

Maddy (25) works in Social Care, loves comedy and cooking
Alex (26) self-starter with a strong background in international development and policy research, loves cooking, running and speaks Chinese
Vic (38) editor and writer, settling in Gateshead after few years of being a digital nomad through the world
About the Area:
Superb transport links, we're right round the corner from Coatsworth road where the 53/54 bus runs every 10 minutes taking you into Gateshead and Newcastle centre. Coatsworth Rd itself is a busy street with plenty of shops, bars, takeaways there's a 24hr Tesco about 5 min walk and the award winning Saltwell Park is about a 10 min walk in other direction.
About You:
Ideally a professional aged 25-40. Honest and trustworthy. Must be tidy and clean up after yourself.
When Can I Move In?!!?
The room should be available from 5th May .
Any other costs???
As this is our family home so you can avoid any nasty agency fees but we will be credit and reference checking every potential tenant at a cost of £25 per person. We also require £400 as a deposit and the rent is paid in advance every month.
