Within walking distance- Asda, McDonald’s, Petrol station, Gateshead College, Gateshead Stadium.

Metro stations close by- Gateshead Stadium, Felling, and Heworth Interchange.

Gateshead city centre (3 mins by car)
Newcastle city centre (7 mins by car)

I like to keep my house clean and tidy, I’m therefore looking for someone considerate and tidy. Must be a professional and in full time work (unfortunately I’m not considering those working from home) as I work from home myself.

No smoking allowed in the property.

I have one cat and she’s no problem.
