Its is a located within a safe neighbourhood, close to bus stops (3minutes walk) and access to riverside walk by the Team valley. There is a lovely and very popular cafe right around the corner (The Staiths cafe) which is just by the river side. The location is perfect as its is only 5 minutes drive to both city centre (Newcastle), Gateshead Metro Centre as well as Gateshead Interchange.

The house have a shared bathroom with bath tubs and toilet. There is also a 2nd washroom (wc). The house has a very spacious open plan shared kitchen and living room with a good size back garden.
