Hi, my name is Cai and I own a 4 bed property in the Dunston Staiths development next to the River Tyne.
There are 3 of us who currently live here and we all get on really well and are pretty laid back and tidy. We often socialise together and are looking for someone who we get on well with as well as just a housemate.
Although the house is full we all tend to work quite different shifts so the house is fairly quiet a lot of the time.
The house is in a really nice estate with communal gardens for BBQs in the summer and is only a short distance along the river into town or to the Metrocentre. You can walk to the quayside in about 25 mins.
We are open to having anyone in as long as you are like-minded and up for a laugh and fairly clean & tidy.
