Hi, my name is Cai and I own a 4 bed property in the Dunston Staiths development next to the River Tyne.
There are 4 tenants currently living here and they all get on really well and are laid back and tidy. 2 of them will be moving out over the next few weeks so there are a couple of rooms becoming available. They often socialise together and would like someone who they get on well with as well as just a housemate.
The house is in a really nice estate with communal gardens for BBQs in the summer and is only a short distance along the river into town or to the Metrocentre. You can walk to the quayside in about 25 mins.
We are open to having anyone in as long as you are like-minded and up for a laugh and fairly clean & tidy.
