Looking for a flatmate from 21st October.
Flat is a 10 min walk to Gateshead metro, or 30 min walk into Newcastle city centre. Saltwell Park is also down the road, if you like a bit of greenery.
Room is currently furnished with the exception of a wardrobe. Pictures are from last time I advertised about two years ago, but not much has changed. Will update when my current flat mate has finished moving.
All bills, including council tax, are included in price.
If you move in immediately on the 21st, rent for October will only be £150.
I am a fairly laid-back professional, all that I ask is that you're tidy, and if you smoke/420 you do it outside!
I have two pet Rats that live in the shared living room, so you have to be okay with rodents 😅 they're incredibly friendly!
I'm a film grad and quite geeky, so if that's your jam even better. Any questions feel free to ask! :)
