Flat close to Newcastle

Looking for a flatmate in my Gateshead flat.

Flat is a 10 min walk to Gateshead metro, or 30 min walk into Newcastle city centre. Saltwell Park is also down the road, if you like a bit of greenery.

Room is currently furnished with the exception of a wardrobe. Pictures are from last time I advertised about two years ago, but not much has changed except additional furniture.

All bills, including council tax, are included in price.

I am a fairly laid-back professional, all that I ask is that you're tidy, and if you smoke/420 you do it outside!

I have two pet Rats that live in the shared living room, so you have to be okay with rodents 😅 they're incredibly friendly!
