Double Room in a Quayside Apartment in Gateshead

A room is available at my apartment near the Quayside in Gateshead for short-term tenancy only (1 day - 60 days).

The apartment includes:

- 1 shared bathroom
- 1 separate toilet
- Kitchen
- Washing machine
- Living room
- Balcony
- Unlimited broadband

The building has a secured entrance [telecom] and a lift, and has ample public parking.

The room includes a double bed, mattress and a side table. If you would like to bring or set up a wardrobe according to your requirements, then feel free to do so.

I am reasonably particular about cleanliness and hygiene, and the household is strictly vegetarian - no meat, eggs, or fish]. If you are vegan, that's okay as well.
The apartment is located at the end of Green Lane, by the riverside. The nearest bus stop is on Saltmeadows Road [12 minutes walk], and the nearest Metro station is Felling [20 minutes walk].

Qualifying criteria to be eligible for the room:
- Minimum age: 21
- No children allowed to stay overnight on the property
- No pets

For bookings longer that are longer than a week, a deposit of one week's rent is required.
