Double room in Central Gateshead house

Letting out the 3rd room in my 3 bed property in Gateshead as one of our friends has moved out.

We're looking for either Masters, PHD or final year students or young professionals who are outgoing and sociable. As a house we often do things on weeknights and weekends being local to a variety of very nice micropubs and very close to Newcastle, so ideally we would be looking for someone who would be interested in being involved in social activities.

The Room is spacious with good natural light, a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
