2 minutes walk to Aldi supermarket, 5 mins walk to Gateshead Metro (zone A), 10 mins walk to Gateshead, 20-25 mins walk to Newcastle. Also bus links to Gateshead and Newcastle.

The property has been recently refurbished throughout. You will be sharing with a Landlord couple occupying one bedroom, and a male lodger in the second bedroom. We are preferably looking for a female renter only.

We do have 2 small dogs so if you're frightened or allergic of dogs then probably not suitable.

Plenty of roadside parking outside, due to quiet one-sided street.

Bills are all included except for electric and gas usage that is shared among flat sharers. Winter bills has worked out around £1 per person per day, so budget around an extra £30.
