The flat is large over 2 floors with a huge kitchen with lots of cupboard space, large island, large dining table, large fridge freezer and 2 ovens. Myself and the current house mate love cooking so always doing big cook ups. The flat is located on the doorstep on Saltwell park with all amenities within walking distance. There is a bus stop 10 seconds from the front door with the bus into Newcastle city centre in 15 mins - perfect for work/university. There is washer, dryer, ironing and ironing board for personal laundry. The communal areas are cleaned regularly.

The house is a very quiet household, Perfect for someone who also lives a quiet life. Both myself and the other house mate do not drink alcohol. I am a masters student at newcastle university and going back to university in October to start a PhD, whilst the other house mate is a Newcastle University graduate (finished 4 years ago), and now working in the energy industry.

Rent is £550 for a working professional, PG/PhD/Doctorate Student.
