The house also has a garden, big enough to host a barbecue party in summer.
The bedroom (your bedroom) has a very large mirror wardrobe, two large windows, en-suite bathroom and a very spacious bedroom space.
Behind the house you can see the Tyne river, and has a very long walkway and sit out spot for a nice sunny outdoor chill.
You also have your person parking space in front of the house. There are shops, post office, fitness centers and very lovely hangout spots 4mins walk from the house.

I got a new job in Leeds hence I have to immediately relocate, so I need someone who is ready to move in immediately.
