Large Double Room - All Bills

I have a large double room with a king size bed in a great location right next to Saltwell park. There’s a bus stop right outside the house which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Perfect for access to both universities. The room has a chest of drawers, clothes rail, and storage under the bed. There’ll be a desk and chair, as well as a bed side table prior to moving in. There’s also a brand new radiator fitted ready for the winter 🥶 .

Two male house mates currently living in the house. One house mate has his own bathroom, so the main bathroom will be shared between only two people. Im (Zack) a live in landlord studying at Newcastle university. So post graduate student or mature undergraduate student would be suited.. Any gender. Both current house mates don’t drink alcohol and therefore live a quiet and healthy lifestyle.
