You get 2 bedrooms + bathroom in a 4 bedroom house

Price is for two rooms in the house. I am looking for a housemate to share the property starting from the 1st of November 2025, as my current housemate will be moving out at the end of October. The property has four bedrooms, of which I occupy two and the other two bedrooms would be yours. You can use one bedroom for sleeping and your second one is ideal for studying or WFH. Be aware that the bedrooms are unfurnished. There are also two bathrooms in the house, so you'd have your own bathroom.

The kitchen has big fridge-freezer, a Gas stove and a washing machine.

Bills and council tax are included in the £600. We'll organize the exact payments together with the letting Agency.

There are great bus connections with the Voltra 53 and 54, that bring you easily into Newcastle upon Tyne, which can also be reached by foot in about 30 minutes.
