Hi all! We are taking viewings to replace myself as a current tenant, as I am moving

The apartment (right next to the millennium bridge), will be shared with only 1 other woman who works in the city, she is really lovely and makes you feel totally at home!

- the flat is on the 7th floor with a concierge by reception and lift access
- there is a bus right outside which takes you to the city Center in less than 8 minutes

- bills are not included and can be discussed with the current tenant (as bills are under her name)
- you will have your own bathroom which is right next to the bedroom, including shower sink and toilet
- there is a large very nicely decorated living area, where you can feel free to eat and work if you ever work from home. There is also a balcony for when the sun is out!

- we are looking for someone to replace me by around the 10th October, but can be slightly flexible
