Amazingly convenient location: perched on the river bank in Gateshead Quayside:, the apartment is walking distance from both Newcastle and Gateshead City Centre. Only 5-7 mins walk to Newcastle Rail Station and less than 5 mins to bus stops and Gateshead Metro. A plenty of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, and a huge Tesco Supermarket are all within a short walking distance. The riverside walk right by the flat is perfect for a stroll or jogging. The Millenium Bridge and the Sage Concert hall is also just a stone throw's away.

Yet the flat is very quiet and cozy. The clean, bright and spacious living room has incredible views over the River Tyne and Newcastle. High ceilings and wooden floor, A spacious kitchen is fully equipped, (fridge/freezer, cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and the crockery) , so you can just move right in.

The bedroom has a very large arched window with a nice window seat which offers amazing views. It has a comfortable King size bed, an extra large wooden wardrobe with drawers, bedside table, a desk and a chair. The private en-suite is a lovely space fitted with luxury range of high spec fixtures and it has a full size shower room with a double door.

The rent includes council tax, water, unlimited wireless broadband, and maintenance. A clean and quiet couple would be welcome with the rent adjusted.

The flat is absolutely beautiful and viewing is recommended to appreciate what it offers. It is much nicer than these photos.
