Only 5-7 mins walk to Newcastle Rail Station and less than 5 mins to bus stops and Gateshead Metro. A plenty of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, and a huge Tesco Supermarket are all within a short walking distance. The riverside walk right by the flat is perfect for a stroll or jogging. The Millenium Bridge and the Sage Concert hall is also just a stone throw's away.

Yet the flat is very quiet and cozy. The clean, bright and spacious living room has incredible views over the River Tyne and Newcastle.
