The 4 flatmates living here are all friendly, chatty and outgoing. They create a nice environment and keep the flat clean and tidy.

The accommodation as a whole has a friendly environment and nice staff, with a large common room that holds a variety of activities whilst you meet new people. Furthermore, there are outdoor areas that have benches outside each block. The block of this flat, Block B, is situated next to the reception.

Costing £154.77 a week is an excellent price as a washing machine is included, meaning you are not paying per wash. Additionally, there is an iron and ironing board, vacuum, and drying rack also included.

Surrounding the accommodation, there is a Tesco supermarket, a cinema, restaurants and a metro. It is a short distance from the university and from the city centre.
