I am a PhD exchange student planning to go back to my home country in January and I am planning to sublet a house that I have lived in for a year. it consists of bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, communal kitchen and garden. Pets are allowed.
It is located in NE8 3DD, two minutes walk from Gateshead Stadium metro station. There is an ASDA supermarket in the area, and supermarkets such as McDonald's, ALDI and a large Tesco are nearby, making shopping very convenient. Three stops on the metro to the city center or university. Available from January or February, with a lease until 2025/6/30 on an official contract. The price includes all bills and council tax.
There is an open fire cooker. Roommates are all current or recent masters students at Newcastle University. We hope you are also a current or recent graduate.
