Large Ensuite Room in 2 Bed Flat

Hey, I am a tenant who has been living in this flat for the last two years. My current housemate has left so looking for someone new!

The bedroom is unfurnished as per the contract with the landlord, but the room will have the bed frame and mattress. The previous tenant has left a bed side table and a small chest of drawers. The room also has a fitted wardrobe.

Bills are not included, typically these will come to ~£200 (council tax, electricity, water and wifi).

The flat is located behind the Baltic on the Gateshead Quayside. 15/20 minute walk into Newcastle centre and 7 mins to Gateshead centre.

There is no available parking within the flat site, but there is a public carpark a few minutes walk away which is £50 a month.

The living room also is more empty than in the photo due to the losing coin flips with the previous tenant deciding who gets to keep what. Currently there are two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs but no TV :(.

I work a typical 9-5, with working from home allowed. So I will be around evenings and weekends, as well as during the day on some weekdays.

I'm easy going, clean and tidy.
