Tenancy Takeover - Newcastle/Gateshead

Hello everyone,

I’m moving out of Newcastle in February and looking for someone to rent and take over the lease of my home. It’s a furnished ground-floor house with two bedrooms, an outdoor area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comes with a sofa set (3-seater + 2 armchairs), a queen bed in the bedroom, a large mirrored built-in wardrobe, refrigerator, stove, cooktop, heater, and some small furniture items like a bedside table.

The property is located in Gateshead, in the Bensham area, close to Gateshead Metro station, Tesco Extra, and a Tesco Express just 3 minutes away. It has easy access to two bus lines that reach Newcastle city center in 15-20 minutes. Moreover, walking to Newcastle city center takes about 20-25 minutes.

The house will be available from February 10th, and the initial lease runs until May. However, it’s possible to renew the lease with the letting agency after this period if interested. The rent is £800 per month, and council tax is around £100.

Currently, the living room has a carpet and not wooden floor showed in the pics, and the bunk bed on the second room has been removed
