You can also have a nice walk into town via quayside in around 30-40 minutes. There are no parking issues and no permits required. The parking is on a shared drive.

The property has a beautiful garden which you will have access to the patio. Garden will be maintained by myself / garden service.

Monthly rentals must be paid by direct debit. 1 month notice of leaving is required, and notice must be given on a rent day.
