Spare room with a single bed, comes with a small wardrobe. The room itself is about 3.4metres x 2.3metres (Approx 7.8m2) so there is still plenty space for a desk/drawers/etc and I can take the wardrobe out if you don't want it.

Aside from the bedroom there is a large living room, decent sized kitchen with Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Oven, and Kettle. There's also a good storage basement which has a Washing Machine and Tumble Drier too. Bathroom has a bath with a shower.

I'm a generally introverted person and I'll spend most of my time at home in my bedroom, but I'm happy to hangout sometimes if you want to. I do work from home regularly from my room, and when I'm in the Office I wake up around 6am to get ready but will do my best to not disturb you.

The property is very near to Saltwell park and has great bus links to Durham/Newcastle, and is about a 20 minute walk from Central Gateshead for the metro and further bus links
