A cozy, fully furnished single room is available in a clean and quiet house. The room includes a comfortable single bed, a wardrobe, and a table with a chair—perfect for working or studying.

The home features a separate dining room and sitting room, offering a peaceful space to enjoy meals and relax. Bathroom and toilet are also separate for added convenience.

There is free parking space available outside the house.

I live in the house with my 9-month-old son. I’ll soon be returning to full-time work, and my baby will be attending nursery. Occasionally, my mum visits to help with childcare.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and calm person to share the home with.
