I’m looking for a lodger for my flat from 25 May to the end of October 2026.

Cost is £975 a month, which includes rent, water and internet. This does not include electricity bills, which will be charged on top, or council tax, which will need to be arranged independently. Full-time students are exempt from council tax.

Great location in Gateshead (NE8) with absolutely beautiful direct riverside views, in a quiet and very safe area on a lovely estate with a cute cafe less than 2 minutes’ walk away. It’s also just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, around a 30-minute walk into central Newcastle, around 31 minutes to the Quayside, and close to Tesco Extra, Costco and the Metrocentre.

The flat has two bedrooms — one master bedroom and a second bedroom which is currently an office but could be converted back. It is fully furnished and comes with high-speed internet. There is also very ample ground-floor parking available.
