Double Room in Shared Flat in Gateshead

Unfurnished double room in a shared furnished flat in Gateshead, I’m the current flatmate and my other flatmate is moving out. I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy and move in on 1st February 2026, someone who is a professional.
Bills £190 and include council tax, internet, water and gas & electric (depending on monthly consumption).

I’m a friendly person who is easy to live with, I’m respectful of people’s space and keep to a cleanly and organised standard but easy going and enjoy socialising, looking for someone who is the similar. I enjoy going for walks, the beautiful Saltwell Park is a few minutes walking distance from the flat.

Location is ideal for routes to Newcastle and Gateshead town centre in 5-10 minutes. Good bus routes.
