Hi! I’ve got a double room available in my modern 2-bed apartment at Baltic Quay from 6th September. The flat is fully furnished, bright, and well-kept. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and we’ll be sharing the living room and kitchen.

The place is in a great location – just a short walk to the Quayside, with easy transport links into Newcastle and beyond.

This is a short-term let to start with, but there’s a good chance I can extend the tenancy depending on my situation next month.

I’m pretty easy-going and looking for someone tidy and respectful to share the space with.
