● There are no other flatmates here and this is a room for only person, it just would not let me edit it!!
● October 2025 - 9th July 2026 (Contract Length 44 weeks)
● £217 per week (all bills included)
● Entire rent is £9373.14 HOWEVER I will pay the first rent instalment on October 1st, reducing to this around £6000 that you will have to pay total for the rest of the tenancy.
● Self contained studio with double bed, en suite bathroom, own kitchen with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
● Conveniently located above the Trinity Square Tesco Superstore and shopping centre.
● Short walking distance from campus and close to Metro Interchange.
Paperwork will be handled by the tenancy team so all will be legit.
