My flatmate is moving out due to changes in her circumstances and she needs a replacement for her room. You will be living with me if you agree to rent the ensuite room.

The flat is a best fit for a female working professional, as it is a female only household.
The bills will be shared between us which will include: council tax, WiFi, water and energy bills. There is no gas in the building.
