Gateshead town centre is about a 10 minute walk with the huge Tesco, Vue cinema, shops, restaurants, Wetherspoons etc, while the Railway Quarter is on the way to Newcastle. Takes 20-25 minutes to walk into town, or 15-20 if you take the Metro / bus.

Downstairs is a lady working for the local care home, so is pulling shifts day-round; it is important that you keep a good relationship with her, so gatherings at the house need to be respectful of her needs. Property would suit someone who is quiet.

Bills included apart from gas/electricity, where I will sub in. Council tax I will take care of.
