Main bedroom available in friendly household

Hi, we are looking to rent out the main bedroom of our rental home. It has a large comfortable super king-size bed, is fully furnished, and has a connected office space and walk in wardrobe.

We’re seeking clean, tidy, and considerate professional who is looking for a place to call home and who would enjoy living in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Our home includes a shared living room, two bathrooms (one shower, one bath), odd bits n bobs/ laundry room, kitchen, and patio area. The flatmates currently consists of myself (celey) and Issy. We work as a veterinarian and in the police, and we’re around most of the time so there’s always a friendly face in the house. We enjoy spending time with each other and are looking to find a housemate we get along well with. We also have sometimes dog sit, so being dog-friendly is a must!

We are clean, tidy and easy going, we enjoy cooking, board games, craft nights, having friends over, watching films, Pilates, etc. We also often go for coffee + walks, to the beach, to the mountains for hikes, for drinks in town and sometimes go for a quiz with our neighbours on a Wednesday. All things we’d love for our house mates to join in with.

Rent includes all bills, including council tax.
There is a bus stop down the street from the house that brings you directly into Newcastle city centre, it’s also fairly cheap for a taxi into town.
Our landlord Mike is great with fixing anything that needs sorting and very attentive.
