Single Room near Saltwell Park

First floor flat.

My current flatmate is leaving at the end of July. The room is a single but she currently has a double bed in there. This will be gone before someone else moves in (unless you want to keep it) so you may need to source your own single bed.

I have a cat and would consider a small pet but likely not another cat or dog.

I work from home so it’s not ideal for someone else who does the same and rent reflects this.

I’m fairly laid back and have put a lot of love into this place so would like someone who respects it. I could afford to live here alone so really want someone who complements the space and I get on with.

Will need to recalculate bills but energy is £100 per month total (gas and electric) and would estimate another £150-200 total for council tax, WiFi and water
