I’m subletting my apartment from mid-September due to my flatmate moving out! The flat is fully-furnished, well-looked after, and decorated to a high standard. It’s located very close to Saltwell Park, as well as local public transport links and amenities.

The larger room is £650pcm, the smaller is £495 - all bills included! (I am willing to swap rooms to accommodate new tenant).

You will live with one female housemate, 35 years old, into running, reading and walking.
