I live in a 3 story town house and have an ensuite double room to let. I live on a nice estate, not far from the metro centre with a good bus route to Gateshead and Newcastle
I have 2 daughters aged 11 and 6 who live with me 50% of the time and a cat called Storm. Generally my home is a laidback and welcoming place.
I am looking for someone who is happy to be within a family home and accepts that there are 2 children in the house. In return you can be part of our family as much or as little as you want to.
You will have your own ensuite bedroom and can share the living and dining space.
