It shares the bathroom with only one other bedroom.

The property is located adjacent to Saltwell Park.

Bus 21 runs along Durham Road every few minutes 5am till 12 mid-night towards the city centre. Bus 53/54 connects to Newcastle station regularly yet again. Both bus stops are within minutes walk from the front door in a very safe and well lit zone.

I will provided a written agreement. There will be the deposit and the first four weeks' fee to pay prior to checking in.
