Double Room Available in Beautiful Flat

A double room available in a large beautiful first floor maisonette. Rent is inclusive of water, TV license, broadband and council tax. Gas and electricity bills shared (approx £50-60 per month in the winter months and last summer our bills were £10-£20 a month).

There are great transport routes into Newcastle and Gateshead city centres: 5-10 minute metro ride (the metro station is a 5min walk from the flat) or 15-20 minute bus ride (the bus stop is 1min walk from the flat).

A little about me – I’m a 32 year old female professional. I work in community arts and in my spare time I like cooking, dancing, meeting new people, reading, watching films etc. My big partying days are mostly behind me and I like having a comfy calm house. My boyfriend stays over a couple of times most weeks but doesn't live here. My last housemate moved out recently because she was offered a job in London so I'm now on the look out for someone to share my home with again.
